I believe every person carries a unique destiny and that when people and organisations discover their authentic identity and function from it, transformation naturally follows. This is the foundation of my consulting philosophy.

My international experience has allowed me to engage with diverse teams, leaders, and organisations across multiple nations. Through speaking engagements, training sessions, and consultative work in various cultural contexts, I have gained a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing leaders and organisations today.

These experiences have equipped me to bring a global perspective to my work—helping clients navigate complexity, embrace innovation, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

Education

I have a Bachelor's in Sociology from Wheaton College, Illinois USA and a Master's degree in Business and Organisational Psychology from the Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices, Berlin Germany.

As a Christian minister, consultant, and speaker, I bring a unique perspective that bridges both faith and practical leadership. I’ve trained and equipped leaders, spoken to audiences across Europe and beyond, and walked with people through key moments of growth, transition, and purpose discovery.
